NJ Gun Permit Attorney 
I read the article and what happened to that man is monstrously unjust. The state of New Jersey has legislated an environment where all gun owners are playing with fire and opening new doors to potential prosecution through no fault of their own by simply possessing a firearm. They are walking on eggshells even if they are responsible and law abiding.
Just goes to show you pretty much need an unrestricted carry permit in NJ as a gun owner or else you could fall into the “regulatory grid” that could turn you into a criminal thug in the eyes of the law.
