I thought that if you could show any documentation showing that you do not suffer from any mental illness that would make you a threat then that doesn’t preclude you from owning a firearm?
Not exactly. The Police/Prosecutor/Judge may dismiss the documentation. I’ve seen it happen even when we took the case to trial and our expert was not even challenged.
